Taboga´s sugar and molasses have gained access to the U.S. market thanks to the new National Organic Program (NOP) organic certification obtained this week.
This federal regulatory program entered into force in 2001 as a requirement for all manufacturers of fresh and processed agricultural food products who wish to export to the United States under the organic category.

Additional to the NOP, Taboga also holds organic certifications both at the national and international level, such as Bonsucro, EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), Kosher, FSSC 22000 and International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) certifications.
