As a company with great goals, Taboga aims to continue producing the highest quality products for our customers both in Costa Rica and in the international markets. We are thus honored to announce the hiring of Shirley Romero, an experienced human resources professional.
Mrs. Romero will lead a department we consider key to effectively implement our latest strategic and development lines of action devised to keep growing with excellence. We are very enthusiastic about the knowledge that she is bringing to Taboga for the design of strategies specifically aimed at ensuring the well-being of our more than 400 employees.
A Business Administration graduate from the Costa Rican Institute of Technology, Mrs. Romero also earned an MBA at the University of Costa Rica as well as a second master's degree in Spain.
Her ample experience includes working for renowned companies such as Agromec and a career of 18 years in Sardimar, which provided her with a profound knowledge of the agricultural and agroindustrial sectors.
Mrs. Romero has shown her commitment, willingness for teamwork, professional ethics and alignment with the company´s values.
